What are the busiest times?
Like most gym facilities, our gym floor is busiest in the front and back end of each weekday. Generally 5-7 (both am and pm) is when there is the highest density of members on the floor. In saying that, PEAQ is essentially like a big team!! Everyone looks after each other and we work together to ensure the comfort of all attendees.
Can I bring a friend to the gym?
Our gym has a tailgating system to ensure the safety of our members so no one is permitted to bring other guests into the facility. A tailgating fine is $100. If you would like to bring a friend to experience PEAQ please come during staffed hours and a member of our team will be able to set up a casual visit payment along. A casual waiver must be signed before any non-member attends PEAQ.
What classes does PEAQ offer?
No matter what fitness level you are we design our classes for everyone. We offer a wide ranges of Cardio, Strength, HITT, Power, Yoga and Pilates. You can head to the Class timetable tab for our class schedule.
