This is our re-branded HIIT class and the only class type that is not periodised over a 12 week block. These sessions are traditionally designed around building resilience, providing a brief break from regular programming and burning calories. Timed Circuits, AMRAPS, EMOMs, Challenge Lists and Buy-ins, are just some of the types of sessions you will experience in METCON.

These classes are on a rotation of Lower Body, Upper Body and Full Body. The sessions will begin the 12 week block with higher rep ranges and lower loads, before progressively decreasing volume and adding load, over a 12 week period.

These sessions are designed to build your CAPACITY, by manipulating the work:rest ratios of conditioning efforts over a 12 week periodised block. These sessions are enhanced when paired with Myzone HR monitors.

YOGA & PILATES CLASSES

For those who are familiar with traditional yoga practices, FLOW is based around the principles of a gentle vinyasa or hatha practise. Flow through gentle movement linked with breath to increase flexibility & range of motion. Our FLOW sessions will increase mobility and the mind-body connection, via movements that are more dynamic than our RESET sessions. Suitable for all levels.

This is a dynamic, challenging and fun class, aimed at building on the foundations laid in our FLOW and BALANCE classes. These sessions are designed to ELEVATE your practice by exploring functional movement patterns and inversions. Beginners are encouraged to start with our BALANCE or FLOW classes before transitioning to ELEVATE.

RELEASE is a class designed to lengthen muscle fibers and target deep connective tissue, by paring mobility exercise with foam rollers, trigger balls, bands and a range of other apparatus. These sessions will assist in enhancing athletic performance and general human movement. Suitable for all levels.

This is a floor-based session designed to hit the RESET button on your nervous system. A RESET session is distinguished by it's longer posture holds, supportive props and pranayama. This class will leave you feeling a deep sense of relaxation, aimed at counteracting the stress caused from training, performing and work. Suitable for all levels.

This is our rebranded Mat Pilates class. BALANCE is a session that will challenge structures and movements that you didn't even know existed. Be prepared to work on your deep core, hip and should muscles, to support some of the demands you may be undertaking out on the gym floor, court or field. Suitable for all levels.
